TMTG finalized a binding agreement this week. It partnered with Crypto.com and Yorkville America Digital to launch a suite of ETFs and related products.
The launch of digital asset ETFs, expected later this year, marks TMTG’s official entry into financial services.
Bridging America-First Finance with Digital Assets
Under the Truth.Fi brand, these new ETFs aim to blend traditional securities, particularly those with a “Made in America” focus, with digital assets like cryptocurrencies. The products will be offered through Foris Capital US LLC, a broker-dealer under Crypto.com. Pending regulatory approvals, the funds will be available across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
TMTG’s CEO Devin Nunes called the move “a major step forward,” highlighting the firm’s intention to back the launch with up to $250 million of its own reserves, to be held by Charles Schwab. This investment isn’t just symbolic—it signals a long-term strategy to make TMTG a serious player in fintech.

Yorkville America Digital’s Troy Rillo also emphasized alignment with “America-First” values and noted the expected demand when these ETFs go live.
Tapping Into a Growing Trend
This announcement follows a growing trend in 2025: traditional brands are entering digital asset markets at a record pace. According to BlackRock, digital asset ETFs globally saw inflows of over $5 billion in Q1-2025 alone, as more investors seek diversified exposure to both crypto and traditional assets.
One standout example is the rise of Bitcoin ETFs earlier this year, which helped push total crypto ETF assets under management past $30 billion. With Trump Media entering the scene, these numbers are likely to keep climbing.

Kris Marszalek, CEO of Crypto.com, said the partnership is a natural fit. “We’re bridging the gap between crypto and traditional finance,” he said. “This collaboration gives Trump Media’s ETFs global reach—benefiting not just TMTG, but also Crypto.com and the broader market.”
