A new announcement from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, which regulates gambling, explains how 22 people will no longer be allowed to gamble in the state, as they’ve been placed on various Involuntary Exclusion Lists.

When people are added to these lists, it means they’re no longer allowed to gamble in a casino in the state, via an online betting site regulated by the Board, or at a Video Gaming Terminal (VGT) location.

This expansive ban includes five adults who have been added to the Involuntary Casino Exclusion list for allegedly leaving minors unattended at a casino property while they gambled.

According to the gaming control board, this includes a female patrol who left two children, aged eight and nine, in a hotel room for 7 hours 41 minutes while she gambled at table games.

Another woman is accused of having left three children, aged two, six, and 12, in a vehicle in the parking lot for 29 minutes while she gambled at slot machines and table games. The third woman listed allegedly left a 10-year-old in a hotel room for 3 hours 37 minutes while she gambled at table games.

Another is said to have left a 10-year-old in the bus lobby at a casino for 17 minutes while she gambled at slot machines. And finally, a female patron is accused of having left a nine year old in a vehicle in a parking lot for 23 minutes while she gambled at table games.

As well as the five adults listed, 12 others were placed on the Involuntary Casino Exclusion List along with the placement of five additional persons on the Involuntary Interactive Exclusion List for allegedly committing fraud on iGaming or Sports Wagering sites.

With these new additions, the total number of people on the Board’s various Involuntary Exclusion Lists has reached 1,491.
