The cheapest of the bunch is the Galaxy S26 FE. This is the “budget” model of the Galaxy S26 line, but still a great phone in its own right. It comes with a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with three rear cameras: a 50MP wide, 12MP ultrawide, and an 8MP telephoto. (You also get a 12MP selfie camera.) It has a 4900mAh battery, runs the Exynos 2500 chip, and 8GB of RAM with either 128GB or 256GB of storage.
Samsung’s standard S26 is probably the best balance for most people. It offers a smaller 6.3-inch AMOLED display with three rear cameras: 50MP, a 12MP ultrawide, and a 10MP telephoto lens, with a 12MP selfie camera. Crucially, with the S26 you get the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, which offers better performance than the Exynos 2500. The smaller footprint gets a 4300mAh battery, with 12GB of RAM. While this model does come in 256GB, only the 512GB model is discounted, which is the case for the other phones here. For the S26’s features with the FE’s larger display, go with the Galaxy S26+. This option comes with a 6.7-inch AMOLED display, with a higher resolution than either of the previous devices. The rest of the features are the same, however, minus the 4900mAh battery.
But for the best Samsung has to offer, choose the Galaxy S26 Ultra. This option comes with Samsung’s biggest and best display, a 6.9-inch AMOLED with the same solution as the Galaxy S26+. It has Samsung’s best cameras, too: a 200MP wide lens, a 10MP telephoto lens, a 50MP periscope lens, and a 50MP ultrawide. It has a 5000mAh battery and either 12GB or 16GB of RAM—if you opt for the 1TB model.
