An iconic JDM car serves as the foundation for the design – the Nissan Silvia (S15), which featured a more aggressive style than its predecessors and a power-packed turbocharger upgrade.
Its elevated deco and detailing are inspired by Itasha-style liveries, and feature Naruto in action poses on both sides of the car. Bright golden Spectraflame paint ties into Naruto’s outfit, while wave elements build on the anime-inspired energy and motion.
We can really feel the playful, yet unmistakably powerful, energy of Naruto exuding from this Hot Wheels car. It also just looks like a true art piece, Naruto’s signature poses gracing both sides in a really appropriate, almost graffiti-style of rendering. And, indeed, a real anime spirit comes to life with the waves and flames that decorate the car. The golden Spectraflame paint is also truly doing it for us. It’s a gorgeous color. And we adore the detailing, including the fabulous “Naruto” license plate. We feel like Naruto himself would love to hop in one of these Hot Wheels and take off.
Naruto is also known for its great storytelling. Its main character really evolves over the course of his time on the show, shedding his initial childish mischief to become a more thoughtful, serious hero. And this narrative arc is told beautifully through this Mattel Creations REVEALED Hot Wheels x Naruto Nissan Silvia. One side shows the innocent, cackling version of Naruto, and the other his more serious warrior depths. It’s a ton of story to fit into such a small package.
