iOS 18.2 beta 4 is now available, introducing a few minor changes for iPhone users. The changes come ahead of iOS 18.2 being released to the public sometime in early December.

iOS 18.2 beta 4 is available now to developer testers. A new version of the public beta is expected to be released as soon as later this afternoon. The build number for today’s update is 22C5142a. iOS 18.2 is available to all iPhones capable of running iOS 18. Apple Intelligence features are limited to the iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, and iPhone 16 models.
What’s new in iOS 18.2 beta 4?
- Apple has added the Camera Control settings from the “Accessibility” menu to a new “Accessibility” submenu in the main “Camera Control” settings pane. The same options also continue to exist in the main “Accessibility” settings pane.
- When scrubbing on a video in the Photos app, the timestamp now shows milliseconds.
- The profile picture icons in the Mail app are smaller than in beta 3.
