Prime Day 2025 is here from Tuesday, July 8 to Friday, July 11, and Lifehacker is sharing the best sales based on product reviews, comparisons, and price-tracking tools.

I’ve used the Ultimate Ears Wonderboom 3 for over four years now. I’ve taken it on trips, used it outdoors, and at the pool, but it still works like the day I got it. My only issue with it is the fact that it’s not compatible with USB-C, which is why I can wholeheartedly recommend the updated Wonderboom 4—it fixes this big issue, and is currently discounted for $66.49 for Amazon Prime Day sale (it’s down from $99.99).

Why I love my Wonderboom, and why you will too

The Wonderboom is a cute little Bluetooth speaker with big plus and minus buttons up front for controlling the volume. It looks good no matter where you put it and it has 360 degree sound output. I simply put it in the middle of a big group, or off to the side when we’re playing board games, and the entertainment for the night is sorted. At 420 grams, with its spherical design and integrated loop, it’s also quite easy to carry around with you. It comes in four fun colors: black, blue, gray, and pink. I’m partial to blue myself.

The Wonderboom 4 makes some important updates over my older Wonderboom 3 model. Other than USB-C, it also has longer range of 131 feet (previously 100 feet).

Other than that, it features a new podcast mode that makes it easier to listen to voices without the unnecessary base that’s usually added with Bluetooth speakers. The battery life is an hour longer, now lasting up to 14 hours. It also features Google Fast Pair, making Bluetooth pairing with Android smartphones fast and effortless. You can also pair two speakers together for true stereo sound.

I’ve used many Bluetooth speakers in my time: I also own a JBL Flip, and I’ve used Bose Soundlink Flex (also discounted to its lowest price yet for Prime Day). I do like the subtle sound profile of the Bose speaker and the loud base of the JBL Flip, but when it comes to the overall sound output, especially mids and highs, I like using the Wonderboom. And at around $60, it punches way above the other speakers, which are closer to the $100 price range, even on sale.

Looking for something else? Retailers like Walmart, Best Buy, and Home Depot have Prime Day competition sales that are especially useful if you don’t have Amazon Prime.
