Last month OREO and Marvel announced a super team-up. The two iconic brands have partnered for the cookie company’s biggest special collection ever. OREO and Marvel assembled for new limited-time boxes featuring characters from The Avengers, X-Men, Fantastic Four, and Spider-Man. (Which you can snag here right now.) The first three boxes—adorned with superheroes on the outside and full of sweets with color-changing creme on the inside—already hit stores. But the mysterious fourth box in the set remained a mystery. Until now. The last box won’t feature Earth’s mightiest heroes or any of their super colleagues. It’ll feature a villain that will soon bring them together on the big screen: Victor Von Doom. And to make sure his presence is felt in grocery stores just as much as it will be in theaters later this year, MARVEL OREO Stuf of Doom Cookies will feature a new flavor.
Today, OREO and Marvel finally announced their Stuf of Legends release was really the work of Avengers: Doomsday’s big baddie. Now, Doctor Doom is ready to launch his own box of OREOS. The fourth and final part of the collection will feature the iconic villain on the packaging. Inside, hungry fans will find something just as good. These feature a new OREO flavor. MARVEL OREO Stuf of Doom Cookies are a “Masked Decadence.” OREO describes the new flavor as introducing a delectable-sounding “chocolate graham and toasted marshmallow-flavored creme.” In addition to rocking a new flavor, the OREOS will also feature an embossment of Doctor Doom’s legendary mask.
The presale for Stuf of Doom Cookies will begin on February 23. You can already sign up for early access at OREO.com/UnwrapTheCollab. They’ll then arrive in stores nationwide on March 2. But don’t wait to grab yours. These are limited edition so they won’t be around long.
Marvel fans in New York City will get an extra early opportunity to try Doom’s OREOS. The company is holding an immersive fan experience at Brooklyn’s Dumbo Archway under the Manhattan Bridge on Saturday, February 21. That event will include a chance to actually eat the cookies.
Hopefully, Doctor Doom doesn’t show up and steal them like he did Franklin Richards. If he does, though, at least there are three other boxes of Marvel OREOs to fight back.
