Prime Day 2025 is here from Tuesday, July 8 to Friday, July 11, and Lifehacker is sharing the best sales based on product reviews, comparisons, and price-tracking tools.

If your budget for earbuds has been stuck somewhere south of $60, Prime Day just delivered a decent option (at their lowest price ever, according to price-trackers). Samsung’s Galaxy Buds FE are down to $52.24 (from $99.99), and while they don’t check every box, they come pretty close, especially if you’re already in the Samsung ecosystem. The ANC is solid for the price, the bass is punchy, and call quality holds up well in everyday settings.

You’re not getting fancy extras like multipoint pairing or wireless charging here, and the IPX2 water resistance rating limits these to a light drizzle and maybe an accidental splash (definitely not for your HIIT gym sweatfest). But the battery life is respectable: around 6 hours with ANC on, plus up to 21 more from the case. Controls are intuitive enough once you get used to the touch panels, though accidental taps can still be a thing. And while you won’t find a custom EQ slider in the Samsung Wearables app, there are enough presets to adjust for casual listening. The app experience is Android-only, though. iPhone users can pair over Bluetooth, but most features won’t be accessible.

For Samsung phone or tablet users, the real magic is in the cross-device integration. Auto Switch lets you hop from your Galaxy Tab to your Galaxy phone mid-call or mid-song without needing to dig into settings. That’s a rare perk in this price range, notes this PCMag review. Yes, the app could be more customizable, and the water resistance could be better, but if what you want is strong ANC, decent sound, and features that make sense for a Samsung setup, the Galaxy Buds FE are worth a shot, especially at this price.

Looking for something else? Retailers like Walmart, Best Buy, and Home Depot have Prime Day competition sales that are especially useful if you don’t have Amazon Prime.

  • Walmart’s Prime Day competition sale begins at midnight on July 8 and will include deals up to 50% off. It’s an especially good option if you have Walmart+.

  • Best Buy’s Prime Day competition sale, “Black Friday in July,” runs through Sunday, July 13 and has some of the best tech sales online. It’s an especially good option if you’re a My Best Buy “Plus” or “Total” member.

  • Home Depot extended its 4th of July sale through at least July 9, competing with some amazing deals of its own. It’s an especially good option if you’re looking for power tools, appliances, or outdoor equipment.
