In a sudden surprise, Marvel Studios has taken to Instagram Live to announce what appears to be the new MCU Avengers team. For a long time, there has been a question of who exactly are the MCU’s current Avengers? And the answer is, we have no idea. But with two Avengers movies, Avengers: Secret Wars and Avengers: Doomsday, coming up, we guess the MCU better figure out just who is in its Avengers Team ASAP. And it feels exactly like that’s what Marvel Studios is doing. Marvel Studios began a cryptic Instagram live with a chair for Chris Hemsworth, then one for Vanessa Kirby appeared, next a chair for Anthony Mackie surfaced, and the Avengers music played alongside it. That’s pretty indicative. Marvel’s Twitter account also shared that this team would feature in Avengers: Doomsday specifically.

Who Is a Part of the MCU’s New Avengers Team in Avengers: Doomsday?
So far, the members of the MCU’s new Avengers team and the cast of Avengers: Doomsday consist of:
- Thor played by Chris Hemsworth
- Invisible Woman/Sue Storm played by Vanessa Kirby
- Captain America/Sam Wilson played by Anthony Mackie
- Winter Soldier/Bucky Barnes played by Sebastian Stan
- Black Panther/Shuri Played by Letitia Wright
- Ant-Man played by Paul Rudd
- U.S. Agent/John Walker played by Wyatt Russell
