The collab we’ve all needed – Fitbit and Pokemon have joined forces. Today, Google announced that the Fitbit Air now comes in a special edition model made for Pokemon Sleep.
This collaboration brings a special edition band and introduces connections with the Pokemon Sleep app. And that’s really all this is, but we’ll take it because Pokemon remains awesome.
This special edition band, which is branded with “Pokemon Sleep” and a sleeping Pikachu, is “crafted to feel light and unnoticeable on your wrist for 24/7 wear,” Google says. It’s also micro-adjustable to help you find the perfect fit, which is important since you’ll be wearing this to sleep. The color is officially “Sleepy Blue.”

Of course, this all comes together with Fitbit Air syncing to Pokemon Sleep to help you progress through the game. You’ll need to connect Google Health to Health Connect (Android) or Apple Health to allow it to write sleep data to other apps. Once done, you then pair Google Health to Pokemon Sleep within Sleep’s settings.
The new Fitbit Air Special Edition Pokemon Sleep is up for pre-order today and arrives September 15. It costs $129.99.
